Your initial consultation is an opportunity to understand your orthodontic needs, discuss your concerns and explore the treatment options that may be appropriate for you.
Treatment fees
The cost of comprehensive orthodontic treatment is individualised. Your treatment options and associated fees will be discussed clearly following your assessment, so you understand what is included before treatment begins.
Torq Orthodontics is a private specialist practice.
Because coverage, pre-authorisations, and benefit limits vary across medical schemes and plans, your medical aid may only cover a portion of your consultation, records, or treatment. We recommend checking your available benefits directly with your scheme before beginning care.
While our team will gladly assist by providing the necessary treatment details and documentation for your claim, our fees are independent of medical aid rates. Patients remain responsible for any balance not cleared by their scheme.
A deposit is payable at the start of treatment, followed by monthly instalments over approximately 12–15 months on average, depending on your individualised treatment plan.
Your specific payment structure will be discussed with you when your treatment plan and associated fees are presented.
